Free bets/bonus must be claimed by emailing Customer Services on u2us@sunderlands.eu. Customer will be informed by email when their account has been updated.
The first £10 bonus is added as a cash deposit to Customers' account, and the awarded amount must be turned over 3 times at odds of evens (2.0) or better before it can be withdrawn.
